The duty of the officer is to keep the Living Men and Women harmless – Usufruct Duty. If he does not fulfill the judgment against the Living, we will issue him a True Bill. If he does not pay the bill within 16 days from the date of receipt, we will send a second bill as a reminder or True bill Second Notice and in case of non-payment also a third bill or True bill Default Judgment.
